Are you a dynamic and results-driven, experienced Business Development Manager looking to expand on your skills and grow your own sales team? Right from day one you will be given 40 accounts to nature and maximise.

The Cinch payroll is an industry-leading facilitator of smooth and efficient relationships between their partner Agencies and Contractors. They cover payroll administration and have a range of back-office support tools to assist businesses, from finance and vendor management software to PAYE and accounting.

Requirements

Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the payroll services sector.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through networking, lead generation, and market research.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their unique payroll needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
  • Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries and concerns, ensuring timely and effective resolution.

Cross Sell:

  • Training to sell a suite of invoice finance and business support services
