Health & Safety Manager
Bexhill-on-Sea (Hybrid)

Developing, implementing and monitoring health and safety policies, procedures and systems across the organisation and ensuring compliance with all the current health and safety legislation, regulations and standards
Conducting regular risk assessments, audits and inspections, identifying potential hazards and implementing corrective measures
Providing expert advice to senior management and operational teams regarding health and safety issues and leading health and safety training initiatives for staff to promote a safety-first culture across all locations
Strong background in health & safety management within multi-site organisations, alongside in-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations, risk management and compliance frameworks
NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent) in Occupational Health and Safety
Ability to manage complex projects and drive improvements across multiple locations
