Job Description

  • Manage customer accounts and ensure timely collection of payments
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer details and account records
  • Handle and resolve customer queries relating to payments
  • Perform credit checks on potential clients
  • Coordinate with the Accounting & Finance team to reconcile accounts
  • Prepare reports detailing aged debt and customer credit status
  • Manage and maintain relationships with existing customers
  • Comply with regulations and procedures of the industrial / manufacturing industry

The Successful Applicant

A successful Credit Controller should have:

  • A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • Proficiency in using financial software
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of credit-related laws and regulations
  • Familiarity with the industrial / manufacturing industry
