The North Europe & West Europe Network Development Responsible aims to enhance business performance by translating complex financial and operational data into actionable improvement plans. This role focuses on driving business success, mitigating risks, and supporting critical investment decisions. Ensuring a consistent approach to identifying new business development opportunities within the dealership networks
Optimizing sales commercial policies to maximize efficiency and profitability
Steering network performance by addressing and improving underperforming areas through effective performance management

Maintain and manage the Dealer Performance Management tool, including the escalation process for addressing underperforming dealers
Monitor and ensure adherence to commercial policy guidelines and payout structures
Develop and assess market portfolio strategies, including evaluating actions to drive growth and performance


Specialized knowledge in importer and dealer networks, sales organization, and retailer sales and aftersales processes
Master’s degree in Economics, Business Management, General Management, or Engineering
Proficiency in geo-marketing and performance & business management tools
Advanced skills in Excel (including Macros and PivotTables) and PowerPoint
