MISSIONThe North Europe & West Europe Network Development Responsible aims to enhance business performance by translating complex financial and operational data into actionable improvement plans.
This role focuses on driving business success, mitigating risks, and supporting critical investment decisions.Key actions to achieve these objectives include:
Ensuring a consistent approach to identifying new business development opportunities within the dealership networksOptimizing sales commercial policies to maximize efficiency and profitabilitySteering network performance by addressing and improving underperforming areas through effective performance managementMAIN ACTIVITIESMaintain and manage the Dealer Performance Management tool, including the escalation process for addressing underperforming dealersImplement and deploy new processes and procedures to enhance operational effectiveness at regional, market, and dealer levelsMonitor and ensure adherence to commercial policy guidelines and payout structuresDevelop and assess market portfolio strategies, including evaluating actions to drive growth and performanceREQUIREMENTSSpecialized knowledge in importer and dealer networks, sales organization, and retailer sales and aftersales processesMaster's degree in Economics, Business Management, General Management, or EngineeringMinimum of 5 years of relevant experienceProficiency in geo-marketing and performance & business management toolsAdvanced skills in Excel (including Macros and PivotTables) and PowerPointExcellent interpersonal skills, with strong verbal and written communication abilitiesProactive attitude, with the ability to learn quickly, adapt to changing priorities, and meet deadlinesStrong attention to detail and precision in workWHAT WE OFFERBeing part of the Maserati family will give you the chance to work within an international work environment, contributing to several projects in cooperation with different teams.
