MISSION
The North Europe & West Europe Network Development Responsible aims to enhance business performance by translating complex financial and operational data into actionable improvement plans. This role focuses on driving business success, mitigating risks, and supporting critical investment decisions. Key actions to achieve these objectives include:nEnsuring a consistent approach to identifying new business development opportunities within the dealership networksnOptimizing sales commercial policies to maximize efficiency and profitabilitynSteering network performance by addressing and improving underperforming areas through effective performance management
MAIN ACTIVITIES
Maintain and manage the Dealer Performance Management tool, including the escalation process for addressing underperforming dealersnImplement and deploy new processes and procedures to enhance operational effectiveness at regional, market, and dealer levelsnMonitor and ensure adherence to commercial policy guidelines and payout structuresnDevelop and assess market portfolio strategies, including evaluating actions to drive growth and performance
REQUIREMENTS
Specialized knowledge in importer and dealer networks, sales organization, and retailer sales and aftersales processesnMaster’s degree in Economics, Business Management, General Management, or EngineeringnMinimum of 5 years of relevant experiencenProficiency in geo-marketing and performance & business management toolsnAdvanced skills in Excel (including Macros and PivotTables) and PowerPointnExcellent interpersonal skills, with strong verbal and written communication abilitiesnProactive attitude, with the ability to learn quickly, adapt to changing priorities, and meet deadlinesnStrong attention to detail and precision in work
