Senior Service Desk Managers are responsible for the management and operational delivery of specified Service Desks within a specific geographic region (e.g. UK, India) Senior Service Desk Managers are also responsible for the day-to-day line management of the Service Desk Managers within their teams and the high level performance of those Service Desks
Job Description Managing a team of Service Desk Managers
Delivery of the day-to-day Service Desk function
Support the Head of Service Desks to drive the simplification and standardisation of processes, procedures and tools used across the Service Desk operation
Drive a motivated, high quality and highly productive team environment
Providing escalation to deal with more complex Service Desk issues and escalations
Identifying and implement operational improvements in the Service Desk area
