Adapt our content to make it “client first” - their language, strategic goals, ways-of-working, processes etc. Help make us crucial to everyday life at the client.

  Client management | Clarify and manage expectations, motivated to truly understand their goals (the individual and the organization) and ensure we deliver on those.
Project Management | Take the responsibility to build and lead the execution of a plan for often complex studies with many (and senior) partners both internally and externally, track and communicate our progress, take a proactive approach to identifying and resolving potential issues to successfully delivering the study.
Content creation | Visually strong, clear and concise messaging, content that will be credible with the most senior and fast paced of clients. An interest in the visualization of our content and how we tell stories that stick.
Communication and story-telling | Articulate the benefits and often complex methodologies of our studies to clients, in language that the most senior and non-panel literate clients understand and buy in to.
Organization and implementation : Commercial excellence : Be a catalyst by adopting and leveraging the new infrastructure in the global team in 2024 to improve our commercial practices and improve how clients view our speed of response.
Knowledge and experience of servicing our leading FMCG accounts
Strong at translating client questions into relevant data / analyses and sound analytical conclusions.
A history of creating strong content with clear messaging and strong visualization skills.
Your effectiveness will be measured through the revenue development on a global basis, plus quantification of client satisfaction from relevant customer surveys. Development of global client revenue.

Number of non continuous projects initiated by Global teams.
