**RESEARCH & INSIGHT**
**EXECUTIVE**

**Location**:Clerkenwell Green, London, UK (blend of office and home based)

**Purpose of the role**:
The key focus is to support the research team in generating insights that demonstrate OOH’s effectiveness and providing strategic OOH planning guidance based on those insights to clients and internal stakeholders.

**Key responsibilities of the role**:

- Support the Research Director on bespoke campaign effectiveness research projects, which could include joining meetings with internal stakeholders to discuss the research aims, drafting sections of the questionnaire for the Research Director to review, taking data from excel and putting them into charts for the results deck.
- Assist with the analysis of research data, extracting insights and producing inspiring debriefs for internal and external stakeholders
- Learn about a range of different approaches including traditional methodologies such as online interviews, desk research and more innovative methodologies such as eye-tracking tools
- Contribute to Kinetic’s regular piece of consumer research, ‘Alfresco Life’. including tasks such as choosing which topics to report on, drafting elements of the questionnaire, helping script the questionnaire, analysing data and writing up the key findings
- Carry out desk research on key topics, audiences and events in order to understand consumer behaviours, adding those insights to wider presentations created by the Research team
- Drive awareness and usage of ‘Alfresco Life’ insights amongst internal stakeholders and clients by sharing reports with the business
- Work with the Research Director to assist internal stakeholders, enabling them to grow client business using relevant research products and insights
- Build knowledge and experience of the insight tools available within the business (such as Ad Dynamix, Mintel, and WARC). Work with tools providers and the Research team to ensure the wider business is getting the most from these tools.

- A keen interest in understanding consumers, who they are and how they make decisions
- Comfortable analysing data in Excel and creating slides in PowerPoint
- An interest in working with and understanding different research methodologies
- Ability to build relationships and collaborate with other people within the business

**We’d really like it if you had**:

- GCSEs - to include English and Maths (A to C), A-Levels or equivalent standard and a university degree
- Good understanding and use of MS Office /Windows - Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Confidence to use internal technical tools - pick up new technology and systems well and adapt to change (digital/technical skills)
- Excellent understanding of social media and internet
