Working within our commercial team as a Business Development Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our continued expansion. Sighting new business prospects and nurturing existing relationships
Work with our Bid Team Manager to deliver commercials and hand-crafted and compelling proposal solutions.
Represent EES Solutions at industry events and networking opportunities.
Track performance metrics and pivot strategies as needed.
Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
Have experience of managing the day-to-day sale pipeline activities including proactively updating sales, revenue, and invoice data.
Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
Develop entry-level staff into valuable salespeople.
