We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee our Client's infrastructure testing team and coordinate all aspects of electrical testing operations. 

 

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of testing technicians, scheduling testing appointments, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

  • Supervise and lead a team of testing technicians, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
  • Coordinate testing operations, including scheduling appointments, allocating resources, and prioritising tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Conduct regular inspections of testing equipment and ensure compliance with calibration and maintenance requirements.
  • Review testing reports and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Liase with clients to address any concerns or issues related to testing services, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other departments within the company to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.

 

Proven experience in a supervisory role within the electrical industry is ideal however, is we would also consider candidates who have a proven track record in this field and are ready to move up into their first supervisory role, with specific experience in testing and inspection preferred.

Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems and components, with the ability to interpret testing results and identify areas for improvement.

Valid driving license essential, and willingness to travel to client sites as required.

Monday to Friday 40 hours a week
