Job Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and lead a team of testing technicians, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
- Coordinate testing operations, including scheduling appointments, allocating resources, and prioritising tasks to meet deadlines.
- Conduct regular inspections of testing equipment and ensure compliance with calibration and maintenance requirements.
- Review testing reports and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Liase with clients to address any concerns or issues related to testing services, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments within the company to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.

**Skills**:

- Strong communication skills
- Leadership abilities to effectively supervise a team (or the desire to do so)
- Excellent English communication skills
- Ability to maintain and repair electrical systems
- Knowledge of mechanical systems is a plus

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: £35,000.00-£45,592.90 per year
