Here at G&E Partners we run an internal training academy led by our Learning and Development team. As a new consultant you will spend 5 weeks training, making you a 360-degree Consultant. This training will give you skills to communicate effectively and form new client relationships in your market, allowing you to place candidates immediately. We further ensure that every employee is developing and growing in their position by running weekly internal training sessions.
