We are working with a fantastic SEN college located in Bromley that are looking to recruit an Assistant Lecturer to join their team ASAP. Days - Monday to Friday
Collaborate with the course team to plan, prepare, deliver, and record the educational program.
# Participate in course team meetings, staff training, and other activities as directed.
# Engage in the College s quality assurance processes.
# Perform additional duties as requested by a Lecturer or Senior Manager.

Adhere to the College s mission, aims, policies, and procedures.
Commit to fostering inclusion opportunities for all students.
Take personal responsibility for students' education, care, and development.
Serve as a role model for staff and students, embodying professional conduct and the colleges Code of Conduct.
Adhere to their health and safety policy and guidelines to ensure personal and others safety.
Understand and follow their Safeguarding Policy and Guidelines to ensure safety and well-being.
Evidence of continued professional development.
Good level of general educational attainment to level 3 Teaching Assistant or equivalent.
Level 2 qualifications in English, IT, and Maths.
Understanding and commitment to College s principles, ethos, and Christian values.
Experience working with individuals with learning disabilities, including ASD.
Direct personal experience and/or knowledge of disability.
Evidence of paid or voluntary work with children or young people over time.
Proficient in MS Word, basic Excel, and College student database applications.

Commitment to inclusion.
Commitment to sharing responsibility for students' education and care.
