Xpedeon is looking for multiple energetic and ambitious Business Development Representatives to be the first point of contact for our prospective consulting clients. Your role will be focused on Advanced prospecting within your target market – identification and multi-channel persona-based engagement with our buyers through the phone, email, and social media. Proactively seek out new business opportunities through outbound activities to engage, consult, and arrange qualified meetings
Research accounts, identify key players, generate interest, and develop accounts to stimulate opportunity
Focus on outbound campaigns and business development activities (calls, emails, social media).
Achieve daily KPIs to build a sustainable pipeline and focus on quality
Work with the executive team to devise strategic sales plans aligned with competitive analyses, customer segmentation, penetration plans, and thoughtful product positioning.
Highly coachable and interested in developing sales skills through ongoing coaching and training.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
