With our Client we are looking to appoint an Assistant Accountant – the role will initially offered on a 9 months FTC – to then be reviewed to permanent. WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT AS THE ASSISTANT ACCOUNTANT;

  • Annual Salary of c £32,000 – pro rata

THE ROLE OF THE ASSISTANT ACCOUNTANT WILL INCLUDE;
  • Daily Bank Reconciliation
  • Managing Accounts & Purchase Ledger Inbox
  • Process invoices (minimal)
  • Statement Reconciliations
  • Compile payment run
  • Subcontractor Payments
  • Authorise Expenses
  • Process Credit Card receipts And Reconcile Account
  • Chasing Debtors, Hold Bi-Weekly Meetings
  • Completing CIS Return
  • Check Timesheets
  • Compile Commission Sheet
  • Balance Sheet Reconciliations
  • Complete Daily Cashflow Update
