Key Responsibilities:
# Delivering services, repairs, and maintenance of a wide range of commercial buildings within commercial gas
# Planned maintenance throughout clients' portfolio of properties
# Carrying out reactive and emergency tasks and completing all tasks using handheld technology effectively
# Self-delivery of smaller installations
# Electrical wiring of commercial boilers
# Covering a portfolio of contracted buildings repairing and maintaining various systems
# Diagnosing and identifying faults and failures within the equipment
# Ordering and fitting parts or components to the equipment when required
# Reactive and planned commercial maintenance
# Providing a high level of customer service and building strong relationships

Person Specification:
Commercial GasSafe qualifications, COCN1/CODNCO1 minimum
Good commercial gas maintenance knowledge
Experience in maintenance, testing & fault finding on a variety of equipment including boiler plant, ventilation, pumps, generators, switchgear, cables, batteries, small power, and lighting (where applicable)
Knowledge of Health & Safety and safe working practices
Extensive experience working within commercial environments
Building services knowledge
