Mobile Commercial Gas Engineer - Yorkshire - Salary up to £47,000 DOE

CBW has a brand new opportunity for an experienced gas engineer to join a well established FM company on a mobile basis. This role is covering the yorkshire region.  Below are all the details on this fantastic position. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute planned and reactive maintenance on commercial gas systems.
  • Quickly diagnose and resolve issues to minimize disruptions.
  • Maintain strict compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.
  • Keep detailed records of all maintenance work performed.
  • Small installation works as and when required.
  • Work flexible working hours to suit business requirements.
  • Form part of the out of hours call out rota, attend emergency repair works as required.
  • Collaborate effectively with a skilled team to achieve client objectives.
Person Specification:

  • Hold in date Commercial Gas Tickets
  • Domestic Gas Qualifications – Desirable
  • Hold a valid UK driving licence.
  • DBS, financial and employment background checks
  • Strong fault-finding experience is essential in this role and you will be expected to carry out works on traditional plant equipment right through to more modern systems
  • Be able to operate SMART devices and complete electronic documentation.
  • Demonstrated expertise in commercial facilities maintenance.
Salary & Benefits:

  • Salary up to £47,000 DOE
  • 20 days holiday + Bank Holidays

     

     

  • Company Vehicle

     

  • Full company uniform

     

  • 30 mins travel each side. 

     

  • OT at 1.5 for during the week and Saturdays and x2 for weekends.

     

  • Full expensed van and mobile phone and uniform
