We have a fantastic opportunity for someone to joing us as a Tenancy Services Officer. Life as a Tenancy Services Officer is challenging – the role is intensive and works with some of our most challenging and vulnerable customers. But it is also rewarding and exhilarating, in which no two days are the same and you’re supported by a close-knit team.
Please note, this is a Fixed Term Contract up until October 2024 .
Our Tenancy Service Officers deliver high quality tenancy and housing management services that meets the needs and aspirations of our customers and contributes towards the wider business objectives and purpose of the organisation.
You’ll predominantly concentrate on managing the behaviours of our customers - proactively dealing with behaviour related tenancy breaches and building relationships with with partner agencies, both internal and external, to safeguard our customers. Nothing at Midland Heart is delivered by one individual – you’ll be part of a wider team of housing professionals working to deliver a brilliant service in-line with our service first ethos.
We operate a true hybrid working model in which we deliver our service from the best location for the service to be delivered. You can therefore expect a healthy balance of remote and onsite working.
