Business Development Executive Director

As a Business Development Executive at MentorSol, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, establishing relationships with potential clients, and contributing to the company’s growth. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute strategies that increase revenue, expand our client base, and enhance our market presence.
Lead Generation: Research and identify potential clients, partners, and markets to generate new business opportunities.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify opportunities for growth and development.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
Proven track record in business development, sales, or a related role (previous experience is a plus).
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is beneficial.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
