The Role:
As an Account Manager, you'll oversee 40-50 Accounts, working with them to ensure their success and satisfaction. As their Account Manager, your week will be filled with engaging customer meetings, both virtual and on-site, working with your clients on product utilisation and helping maintain momentum on their accounts. You'll collaborate with various teams, building robust relationships with customers at all levels. With a consultative, customer-centric approach, you'll identify and implement solutions that meet their needs.

Your impact as an Account Manager:
You'll be a key player in shaping the team's future success. In this role, you'll leverage your personality, flair for customer service, and skills to:

Lead account meetings with confidence, fostering strong relationships across all levels.
Drive progress and satisfaction through NPS and CSAT scores, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
Collaborate with teams to drive customers' short to long-term plans and expand product usage.
Proactively offer training and suggest product improvements based on customer feedback.
Share industry knowledge and ideas across the business to enhance customer experience.
Maintain accurate customer interaction records in Salesforce for business insights.

What we're looking For in an Account Manager:
3+ years of experience in customer experience, client services, or account management.
Proven track record of achieving targets.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Curious, proactive nature with exceptional communication skills.
Strong planning, organisation, and prioritisation skills.
Technical fluency with the ability to learn new products quickly.
