Are you the Service Delivery Leader we are looking for? Do you have a level 5 Management qualification?
Brookside is a modern residential care home for adults with disabilities, set in a leafy area of Edgware, north London. The service takes a person-centred, flexible approach to ensure residents have control and choice over their care. Residents are actively involved in their community, enjoying regular fitness classes, sports, healthy eating support and much more. Independent living is an area of speciality, in addition to nursing care provided onsite
To ensure that regulatory requirements are met across the services of responsibility.
* To take full responsibility for the management of the service/s and to provide the
* highest quality of care and support to the people we support.
* To work with the delivery team and Quality Improvement Team to ensure the
* Ensure the rotas are completed well in advance and the appropriate blend of requirements are matched to the rota to ensure we meet all of the people we support needs
* Ensure that rota's are completed in line with contractual arrangements
* Ensure you monitor the quality of records by using sampling methods
* Implement and monitor operating systems in accordance with policies and procedures and ensure these are being audited on a regular basis
* Effective induction and Training in your new role.
