Four Oaks Healthcare is a nurse-led provider of live-in and domiciliary care and, due to expansion, we are looking for an enthusiastic, passionate individual to join our growing team as a deputy manager.

As the Care Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for managing a team of care assistants as well as maintaining a good communication line with all customers and other parties to ensure we deliver a high standard of care.

The ideal candidate will:
- Have a passion for delivering good quality, person-centred care
- Ideally have at least 2 years of experience within the care sector
- Be flexible and reliable
- Be computer literate
- Be a good team player
- Be motivated and able to work on their initiative
- Have exceptional people management skills
- Must be a driver with access to their own vehicle and willing to drive to other towns to meet clients (not a frequent occurrence)

Some Duties Involved:
- Preparing & scheduling rotas
- Writing and reviewing care plans
- Conducting risk assessments
- Interviewing potential candidates
- Conducting spot checks
- Advice Hepline, there are no call out duties
