Join our team and play a vital role in advancing our internal communications strategy. Your contributions will be instrumental in promoting effective information sharing within our organisation, fostering a culture of open dialogue, elevating our brand consistency, and strengthening our company culture. As an Internal Communications Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Collaborating on the development and execution of our internal communications strategy to ensure that essential company information reaches our team members effectively.
Cultivating an organisational culture where two-way internal communication is at the core of our success, and where every team member is engaged in enhancing communication.
Advocating the critical role of internal communication in our business and ensuring consistent brand usage.
Continuously assessing the performance of our internal communications.
Create and manage compelling, consistent, and engaging content for various communication channels.
Implementing, developing, and overseeing internal communication activities and initiatives, including video content.
Drive a unified and authentic voice in all internal communications to reinforce our brand identity.
Collaborating closely with our HR team on EVP propositions and brand advocacy projects.

Proven experience in internal communications, with a track record of developing and executing effective strategies.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Strong communication skills
