Macgregor Black are partnering with a Food Manufacturing business , on the search for a Regional Procurement Category Manager UK&I. This is a permanent role in Hounslow.

As Regional Procurement Category Manager UK&I , you will be focused on delivering world class results and a competitive advantage. You will develop, support and implement all procurement strategic projects that are held globally.

As part of the UKI team, reporting directly to the Head of Indirect Procurement, you will:

Build and execute regional category strategies into sourcing and efficiency projects, and define the partner team required to successfully deliver the project plan
Deliver cost reduction projects across regional spends and drive value improvement initiatives throughout the category
Provide information and impact assessments for Global Procurement teams to support Global procurement strategies and plans and execute them for the region
Act in accordance with and bring to life the One Procurement Community (OPC) to enable our Journey to Procurement Excellence (JPE)
Undertake broad procurement responsibilities across category strategy and supply chain.

Graduate qualification or confirmed experience in procurement
Previous functional Procurement experience in Professional Services, HR, Finance or Travel categories
Proven track record of consistent performance and delivery
Strong analytical and quantitative skills and experience with SAP and Office applications
Structured yet flexible approach while ensuring attention to detail
Proficient project and organisational change capabilities
