Role Requirements

  1. 3-5 years experience as a Procurement manager/ Assistant Manager
  2. CIPS experience beneficial but not essential
  3. Ensure that accurate and logical tender evaluations are produced to demonstrate value for money; Conducts supplier meetings and negotiations for all packages to ensure value for money for the project is the objective
  4. Procurement in accordance with Costain Way Policies, Procedures, standards, and the Project Procurement Plan (strategy)
  5. Champions Sustainability Safety, Health and Environment by putting personal safety and wellbeing at the heart of everything we do and helping the environment and communities to thrive
  6. Having integrity by always doing the right thing in the right way
