Senior Customer Brand Manager

Our Oncology Healthcare Team is dedicated to partnering with the NHS to create system-wide transformation of cancer care; Reporting to the Senior Brand & Customer Manager, the Brand & Customer Manager in the Oncology Healthcare Team will be responsible for developing and executing tactical plans, driving customer engagement, and supporting the growth of activities in our team. This role requires a keen understanding of the Oncology market, strong marketing skills, exceptional communication abilities, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Develop and implement comprehensive omnichannel campaigns to showcase the Oncology Healthcare Team, ensuring alignment with overall strategy. Collaborate with internal and external partners to develop impactful materials, educational resources, and digital content.
~ Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, decision-makers, and key stakeholders in the UK healthcare system.
~ Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget for the Oncology Healthcare Franchise, ensuring effective allocation of resources and ROI tracking for marketing initiatives. Monitor expenditure, track performance, and make adjustments as necessary to optimise marketing efforts.
~ Project Management: Working with the relevant field teams to support project management of Collaborative Working Agreements.
~ Market Analysis: Conduct ongoing market research and analysis to identify market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights. Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the oncology healthcare sector and incorporate findings into the team strategy.
~ Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including medical affairs, brand marketing, corporate affairs, and other internal stakeholders, to ensure alignment of strategies and initiatives. Compliance and Regulatory: Ensure all marketing activities and materials comply with ABPI code and other applicable regulations and guidelines. Work closely with legal and compliance teams to maintain compliance across all brand-related activities.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business Management, Life Sciences or other relevant fields.
Proven experience in brand management, marketing, or related roles within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
Strong understanding of the Oncology healthcare market and dynamics.
Ability to interpret market research and customer insights to drive informed decision-making.
Demonstrated project management skills and ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives.
Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements within the healthcare industry.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software/tools.
