We are looking for a Senior Clinical/Counselling Psychologist or Psychotherapist to provide clinical supervision to our Mental Health Wellbeing Practitioners (MHWP) across Kent and Medway NHS Trust.
The post is a senior position and you will provide supervision within the role to trainees and other psychological practitioners holding responsibilities for the on-going development of clinical practice and standards of care within the service.
There are training opportunities within the trust to develop in line with service needs.
To provide high quality clinical supervision to the Mental Health Wellbeing Practitioners (MHWP) across the trust.
To be responsible for the systematic provision of a range of evidence-based psychological interventions to working age adults with severe and enduring mental health difficulties
To undertake high quality direct (assessment and therapeutic) and indirect (consultative, advisory and evaluative) specialist psychology interventions within the service and taking substantial professional responsibility and exercising autonomous judgement in their professional practice.

2 years experience working in adult mental health or equivalent
