About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Talent Acquisition and Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role is perfect for a multi-talented professional who is skilled in candidate sourcing, video production for marketing, database management, and proficient in using LinkedIn for talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Candidate Sourcing: Leverage various platforms and methods to source potential candidates. This includes but is not limited to job boards, networking events, and social media platforms, with a particular focus on LinkedIn.

  2. Video Production: Create engaging and informative short videos to promote our job openings. This includes scripting, filming, and editing to ensure high-quality content that aligns with our brand image and attracts top talent.

  3. Database Management: Efficiently manage and maintain our candidate database. This includes regular updates, ensuring accuracy of data, and utilizing the database for effective candidate tracking and communication.

  4. LinkedIn Recruitment: Utilize LinkedIn for sourcing candidates. This includes posting job openings, headhunting, engaging with potential candidates, and building a strong employer brand presence on the platform.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, particularly in sourcing candidates and using LinkedIn as a recruitment tool.
  • Strong skills in video production, including scripting, filming, and editing.
  • Proficient in database management and familiar with recruitment software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Salary: PHP 45,000 - PHP 55,000 monthly

Location: Remote (Open only to candidates based in the Philippines)

Client: Canadian
