Job Description

As the Marketing Manager for Habit Action, you play a pivotal role in steering and owning the overarching strategy and development of marketing initiatives. Your leadership is crucial to drive the department's success by fostering innovation, aligning strategies with business objectives, and ensuring adaptability to evolving business needs.

Duties & Responsibilities

·Lead, develop, and motivate a high-performing marketing team, instilling ownership of the department's vision and strategy.

·Manage and coordinate marketing, advertising, and promotional activities for Habit Action.

·Contribute to the ongoing brand journey, positioning Habit Action as an industry leader.

·Execute the social media strategy, utilising HubSpot's scheduling tool for brand-aligned execution.

·Optimise marketing initiatives and client relationships using HubSpot as the CRM platform, enhancing efficiency through technology.

·Conduct comprehensive market research to identify present and future product/service requirements.

·Develop and implement adaptive marketing plans for new and existing services.

·Analyse customer research, market conditions, and competitor information to inform strategic decisions.

·Provide input based on an understanding of the product landscape and industry trends.

·Ensure the productivity and success of marketing plans, monitoring, reviewing, and reporting on all activities.

·Collaborate with the leadership team to determine and oversee the marketing budget.

·Report on key performance metrics and return on investment.

·Create dynamic marketing presentations aligned with business and departmental goals.

·Build effective partnerships with media and advertising agencies to optimise marketing activities.

·Collaborate seamlessly with the sales function to align strategies and activities.

·Monitor industry best practices and recommend changes as applicable.

·Oversee events, client liaison, and ensure cohesive brand experiences, including direct mail, integrated campaigns, and printed projects.

·Act as the Brand Guardian, ensuring consistent brand messaging and representation.

·Drive innovation and creativity using tools like Canva for graphic design.

·Internal marketing, maintenance of brand guidelines.

·Planning and managing project photography and videography.

·Communication with design agencies and freelancers.

Qualifications

·Proven experience in driving strategic marketing initiatives, ideally 3 or more years.

·BSc/MSc degree in Marketing or related field

Skills

·Strong visual awareness, balancing brand guidelines with creativity.

·Ability to interpret and leverage data for decision-making.

·Commitment to metrics and alignment with company values.

·Proficient in using Content Management Systems (CMS) such as HubSpot, with a comprehensive skill set in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Canva, and MS Office.

·Extensive social media expertise across multiple channels (YouTube, Google +, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram), including proficiency in HubSpot or similar platforms

·In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in online advertising, encompassing Search engine PPC, Social Media, and various industry-related mediums.

·Demonstrated expertise in SEO, email marketing, PPC AdWords, and interpreting Google Analytics data.

·Proficient in implementing A/B testing strategies.

·Copywriting and visual content creation - blogs, social media posts and whitepapers

·Excellent communication skills (written, visual, and verbal).

·Deadline-driven and detail-oriented.

·Collaborative approach, working alongside traditional marketing strategies.

·Experience working with various marketing agencies.

·Other useful experience includes: website coding knowledge, and video editing capabilities
