Partnership Development Representative

Sweep is hiring aPartnership Development Representative - UKtasked with supporting Sweep revenue growth by optimizing the overall productivity and effectiveness of the sales organization
Sweep maps climate and ESG data across an entire business to reduce carbon emissions, improve social and environmental performance, and create audit-ready reports to run the best sustainability programs. Sweep empowers companies to build resilience to global challenges with technology.
Ok, sounds promising. What will I be doing?As part of the Partnership Team, you will beon the front line of the sales process, managing and developing partner pipelines, maintaining forecast accuracy, achieving/exceeding quarterly and annual revenue objectives.
You will be in regular interaction with existing and prospective partner executives, services and sales management.
To be more specific, this includes:
1.Managing day-to-day Relationships with Partners
- Be responsible of the relationships with our Commercial Partners and ensure smooth execution between the Partnerships team and field teams
- Engage proactively with these partners to plan and execute business development activities (such as account mapping)
- Own these Commercial Partners to win and expand business with them
- Assist Partner Sales Manager with our Consulting Partners
- Keep these partners updated about new resources, product changes, and other impactful developments
2. Track ongoing leads and opportunities with Partners
- Manage and track pipeline for referral and co-sell opportunities with all partner
- Coordinate lead generation activities with partners, in close collaboration with Sales team and Marketing team
- Help to create joint value messaging and sales materials for partners to drive interest from prospects and customers in our partnership
- Manage data of the prospective leads & partners in the CRM (Salesforce)
3.Explore and assess New Partnership Opportunities
- Qualify partnership requests and identify relevant opportunities for collaboration
- Set up meetings between prospective partners or customers, and Partner Sales or Account Executives respectively
- Attend various trade fairs and networking events on behalf of the company
- Act as a representative of Sweep at various trade fairs, networking events, association meetings or partner conferences, to meet and engage with potential new partners
- Develop outbound strategies to create and nurture partnership opportunities
- Generate, qualify and convert new leads through networking and prospecting and executing sales campaigns at existing partners and target partners
- Organize your prospecting campaigns together with the marketing team

Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in sales and business development
- Experience in software-as-a-service environments, ideally in the B2B Enterprise space
- Experience working closely with multi-disciplinary teams
- Ability to evolve in a fast-paced environment
- A hands-on problem solver, self-motivated with a glass half-full attitude
- Attuned to remote collaboration, using digital tools and meticulously documenting work
- Fluent in English & French with outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of CSR and climate change is a clear plus
