Manage, develop, and increase sales and profit contribution in existing and new customers in North Wales.
Meet sales and margin targets and budgets in line with guidance from the Regional Sales Manager/Managing Director.
Establish and maintain accurate customer records, product profiles, promotional calendars, customer database, and pricing files.
Plan and execute sales opportunities in new market sectors.
Engage in annual planning and budgeting, ensuring accurate and achievable customer plans.
Valid UK driving licence
Strong commercial acumen
Extensive sales experience
Excellent IT skills (proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint)
Excellent team working abilities and networking skills
You will be responsible for managing, developing, and increasing sales and profit contribution in existing and new customers within North Wales. Using your strong commercial acumen and extensive sales experience, you will meet sales targets and budgets while maintaining exceptional customer service.

To excel in this role, you should have strong analytical skills and negotiation abilities. Our client offers a competitive salary of £34,000 per annum, along with a range of benefits including a KPI bonus scheme, 28 days holiday inclusive of bank holidays, a Company Pension Scheme, Life Assurance cover, and more.
