Job Title: Area Sales Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Area Sales Manager to join our Independent Sales Team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and leveraging strong customer relationships, growing and retaining customers, and delivering profitable volume growth versus targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Role model our Company Values and Purpose
  • Build and leverage strong customer relationships through a natural curiosity in the independent sector
  • Grow and retain customers delivering profitable volume growth versus targets
  • Effectively partner with customers to understand their plans for growth, adding value, offering a wide range of practical solutions and products
  • Understand competitor activity and proposals, ensuring you are always offering your customers the best local solutions
  • Work proactively with the Business Development Manager to understand new customer requirements and ensure a successful handover
  • Act as a brand ambassador for Brakes in your local market
