An esteemed national law firm is looking for a skilled and experienced Commerical Contracts Manager to join their internal Risk team in either their Bristol or Southampton offices
The role of Commerical Contracts Manager offers an exciting opportunity to work with the General Risk Counsel, and the team on a full spectrum of data protection and contracting matters.


Key Responsibilities Risk & Compliance Associate:
Provide contract and professional compliance advice for client tenders, retainer letters, terms of business and supply contracts
Work closely with the Data Protection Officer to ensure compliance with data protection regulations and stay ahead of data protection developments and their impact on developing legal services technologies
Support the procurement lead in conducting risk assessments and ensuring compliance with vendor management protocols.
Monitor and report on regulatory developments and advise on their implications for the firm.
Provide training and support to staff on risk and compliance matters.
Assist in managing the firm’s risk register and ensuring that all risks are identified, assessed, and managed appropriately.


Experience in commercial law with exposure to data protection law.
Experience with procurement processes and vendor management is desirable.
