Oakleaf is currently partnering with a Financial Services organisation in search of a SuccessFactors Administrator to be responsible for the maintenance and support for the HRIS system.
Support SMEs with change requests, including carrying out testing and updates.
Participate in software releases/upgrades, testing new functionality and performing regression testing on existing modules.
Support HR Business change projects involving HR Tech.
Support critical events in the HR calendar from the technology perspective, including Performance Reviews, Bonus Planning & Compensation Review, Calibration and Promotion.
Experience in data reporting and dashboard creation.
