As a Global Compensation Analyst, you will play a vital role in ensuring the business remains competitive in attracting and retaining top talent worldwide. You will be responsible for analysing compensation data, developing and implementing compensation strategies, and providing insights to drive informed decision-making at both regional and global levels.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive analysis of compensation data, including salaries, bonuses, and benefits, to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and market trends.
Collaborate with Reward, Finance and stakeholders to design and implement competitive compensation programs and policies that support the attraction, retention, and motivation of employees.
Evaluate the effectiveness of existing compensation structures and make recommendations for enhancements or adjustments as needed.
Partner with finance and other relevant teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to compensation practices.
Provide guidance and support to HR teams and managers on compensation-related matters, including job evaluations, salary offers, and promotions.
Stay updated on industry best practices, market trends, and legislative changes to ensure our compensation strategies remain innovative and compliant.

Qualifications:
~ Bachelor's degree in human resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree or certification (e.g., CCP, GRP) preferred.
~4+ years of experience in compensation analysis or a related field, preferably within the financial services industry or a similarly regulated environment.
~ Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools. Experience with compensation benchmarking surveys and HRIS systems is a plus.
~ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
~ Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
~ Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and confidentiality.
