SALARY: Up to £27,040 per annum

CONTRACTED HOURS: 40 Hours/Full Time

About the Role

Here at Aspire Training Team, we provide success to individuals across the South of the United Kingdom via delivering first class qualifications in Childcare, Business Administration and management, alongside various short-courses.

Aspire Training Team has achieved its Investors in People recognition as well as the Beacon Award for Training Excellence, Good Ofsted grade and top grades from external inspectors from NCFE, City & Guilds, Pearsons and CACHE. We work very closely with each employer and individual learner to ensure that everyone achieves their set goals.

You will be responsible for visiting your learners at their places of work and delivering excellent training and mentorship to help them achieve their chosen qualification in placements around the Woking area.

About You

We are looking for someone who has experience in training and assessing  Early Years to Level 5 standard and functional skills up to Level 2. You will have a good understanding of E-Learning Portfolios, and be extremely passionate about delivering Good training.

You must have superb time-keeping skills and able to work on your own initiative, prioritising your workload at all times.

Due to the nature of this role, you will need to possess your own vehicle and hold a valid Driver’s Licence and be willing to travel.

You will hold A1 and AET Assessor Awards is a must (or equivalents) 

Your Key Duties & Responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring fair assessments for your learners with a manageable caseload learners with 3 hours per month assigned to each learner
  • Ensuring accurate assessment of your learner against National Standards
  • Developing Action Plans for your learners and for yourself, showing at least one meeting per month.
  • Develop training plans for your learners and for yourself
  • Implementing Equal opportunities at all times
  • Ensure efficient processing of paperwork, marking assignments within 2 weeks of presentation
  • Ensure E-Learning portfolios are regularly marked and updated.
  • Ensure timeliness completions of learner portfolios and submit all relevant paperwork.
  • Meet with the Senior Manager on a regular basis to discuss individual learner’s development.
  • Ensure that assessments are compatible with normal working processes of the work place i.e. negotiated with all involved
  • Promote quality within the site and externally, i.e. on trips. 
  • Prompt referral to Senior Manager in the event of any concerns
