Playleader/Manager

JOB TITLE: Playleader/Manager, Kippen Playgroup.

DURATION OF THE CONTRACT: Permanent, Tuesday & Friday.

WORKING HOURS: 10+ hours per week. 38+ weeks per annum

(Due to high demand there is potential to add an additional morning and run through holidays if desired.)

8:45am until 12.30pm and 2.5 hours admin per week.

SALARY: £15- £17 per hour depending on experience.

Kippen Playgroup is currently looking to recruit a Playgroup Leader / Manager. Our group is based in the beautiful village of Kippen nestling in rural Stirling. We are a long-established, fun and safe environment that fulfils educational and social needs for 2 to 5 year olds.

Are you a committed, caring, enthusiastic person, with a love for nature, mud and bugs? If you are, we would love to hear from you. Applicants should have experience of working with children aged 2 to 5 years and have a genuine interest in how children learn and why they love to play, with a particular focus on outdoor learning.

Applicants must possess or be willing to undertake a relevant qualification accepted by Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC). Part-funding may be available. This post is regulated work with children and is subject to the provisions of Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007.
