CONTRACTED HOURS: 40 Hours/Full Time

Here at Aspire Training Team, we provide success to individuals across the South of the United Kingdom via delivering first class qualifications in Childcare, Business Administration and management, alongside various short-courses.
Aspire Training Team has achieved its Investors in People recognition as well as the Beacon Award for Training Excellence, Good Ofsted grade and top grades from external inspectors from NCFE, City & Guilds, Pearsons and CACHE. You will be responsible for visiting your learners at their places of work and delivering excellent training and mentorship to help them achieve their chosen qualification in placements around the Woking area.
We are looking for someone who has experience in training and assessing  Early Years to Level 5 standard and functional skills up to Level 2. You will have a good understanding of E-Learning Portfolios, and be extremely passionate about delivering Good training.
Due to the nature of this role, you will need to possess your own vehicle and hold a valid Driver’s Licence and be willing to travel.
Develop training plans for your learners and for yourself
Ensure E-Learning portfolios are regularly marked and updated.
Meet with the Senior Manager on a regular basis to discuss individual learner’s development.
Promote quality within the site and externally, i.e. on trips. 
Prompt referral to Senior Manager in the event of any concerns
