We are Hiring a Digital Marketing Executive with strong experience in Paid/Performance Marketing. Closing Date to apply: 14th February.
Due to accelerated growth we are looking for a skilled, performance marketer to join our award winning agency.
Rapid Agency is an independently owned, award winning creative marketing agency based in Titanic Quarter, Belfast. We work with around 60 clients each month across our three divisions, Brand, Web and Marketing.
Our full service offering along with our strength and passion for brand, web and digital provides our clients with the tools necessary to drive their commercial success. We are Belfast Chamber’s Creative Business of The Year 2023-2024 and Digital Business of The Year 2022-2023.

What we’d love from you, however, if you don’t have experience in everything below please don’t let this put you off applying:
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising or a related field.
- Experience working in a collaborative team environment, agency experience is desirable but not essential.
- Experience working across social media platforms, with a high understanding of META platforms and TikTok.
- An understanding of Paid Advertising across META and TikTok, with experience in Business Manager assets such as Ads Manager, Pixel Events and Catalogues.
- Experience with META ads manager for TOF, MOF and BOF campaigns.
- Experience with ReTargeting Campaigns, A/B Split Testing and Lookalike Campaigns.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience within Google Ads and Google assets such as Analytics and Merchant Centre.
- You’ll be confident delivering conversion based campaigns for e-commerce clients, delving into metrics such as CPA, CPC and ROAS.
- Ability to analyse campaign performance, adjust budgets and develop new strategies based on data from campaigns.
- Experience writing reports and presenting findings to clients.
- Driven and focused – Not to mention detail orientated, we deliver best in-class digital campaigns
- Commercially focused – We don’t just spit out content; we’re on the lookout for a marketer who is driven by and invests in the wider vision of Rapid and achievements of our clients
- Passionate – You’ll bring energy and a can do attitude to each client and their goals
