What we’d love from you, however, if you don’t have experience in everything below please don’t let this put you off applying:

  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising or a related field.
  • Experience working in a collaborative team environment, agency experience is desirable but not essential.
  • Experience working across social media platforms, with a high understanding of META platforms and TikTok.
  • An understanding of Paid Advertising across META and TikTok, with experience in Business Manager assets such as Ads Manager, Pixel Events and Catalogues.
  • Experience with META ads manager for TOF, MOF and BOF campaigns.
  • Experience with ReTargeting Campaigns, A/B Split Testing and Lookalike Campaigns.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience within Google Ads and Google assets such as Analytics and Merchant Centre.
  • You’ll be confident delivering conversion based campaigns for e-commerce clients, delving into metrics such as CPA, CPC and ROAS.
  • Ability to analyse campaign performance, adjust budgets and develop new strategies based on data from campaigns.
  • Experience writing reports and presenting findings to clients.
