Digital Marketing Manager (35-40K) (Holywood)

The Recruitment Co. are delighted to be working with a leading Marketing and Advertising agency in Northern Ireland. The company is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to come in and help with meeting the demands of an expansive list of clients. Due to organistaional needs - our client are also open to considering Executive and Director level roles.

Who We’re Looking For:

The Digital Marketing Manager will work within our content team, collaborating with social media practitioners, content creators, media, client, and creative teams. This role involves all aspects of digital marketing, including content creation, social advertising, search, and analytics. You will create and implement effective digital marketing strategies to achieve excellent results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage digital marketing and social media campaigns for various clients.
  • Research, create, and distribute impactful content across multiple social platforms.
  • Analyse performance metrics and continuously improve campaign outcomes.
  • Create and monitor social media adverts on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, X, Snapchat, Pinterest, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
  • Collaborate with the team to integrate digital marketing into broader advertising campaigns.
  • Manage client relationships and campaign budgets.
  • Oversee the design of imagery and video content.
  • Write and update website content using content management systems.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with Data Protection Regulations.

Requirements:

Essential:

  • Qualifications: 3rd level qualification in a related subject.
  • Experience: Minimum 18 months in a similar role with a proven track record of successful paid digital marketing campaigns.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent understanding of social media platforms.
    • Effective written communication and meticulous proofreading.
    • Strong creative thinking and ability to work under pressure.
    • Team player comfortable in a collaborative environment.
  • Other: Flexible with working hours, eligibility to work in the UK, and satisfactory employment references.

Desirable:

  • 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role.
