Are you a Scheduler looking for a new challenge?
Perhaps you are working on a temporary basis and looking for a stability in a permanent contract?
An amazing opportunity has arisen at a well-known and successful maintenance contractor, for an experienced Scheduler to join their team on a permanent basis within the North East of Leicestershire. Your role will be to support the wider team of engineers in carrying out planned and reactive works.
The Scheduler duties will be:
• Schedule works into the engineers diaries on a daily basis
• Raise Sub contractor Follow on quotes & updating live quote tracker
• Raising incoming Reactive work orders on the client portals and email
• Managing/planning Engineer diaries and prioritising work orders in line with the KPI priorities
• Raising Subcontractor purchase orders under £5000 and send them to contractors.
• Raising Subcontractor purchase orders over £5000 and send them to the Contract Managers to check and forward
• Ensure completed work has all paperwork in the correct files ready for invoicing
• Ensuring all paperwork, Subcontractor PO's and Email instructions are in correct files
• Answers incoming calls from clients, supplier, operatives and allocate appropriately
• Escalating complex or unresolved incidents to Management
• Stand in to support the helpdesk team during absences and annual leave
As a Scheduler you will need:
• Experienced within scheduling of reactive and planned maintenance and emergency call outs
• Able to work within a team, at a steady pace to ensure all targets are achieved daily
• Excellent communication skills
• To be a problem solver and have the ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
• Good IT skills
The successful Schedulers will be working for a large successful business in their Leicestershire office, where they are deemed a creator of culture in the office environment. No day is the same, everyone likes to help each other, have a laugh all whilst getting the task at hand completed.
