We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Clinical Lead to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of healthcare delivery in our community. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical leadership and guidance to a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals.
- Oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care delivery to ensure the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the clinical team.
- Act as a liaison between frontline staff, management, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination of care.
- Stay abreast of developments in healthcare policy, best practices, and regulatory requirements, and ensure compliance within the clinical setting.
- Registered Nurse with current NMC registration or equivalent healthcare professional qualification.
- Proven experience in a leadership or management role within a clinical setting.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of evidence-based practice.
- Commitment to delivering patient-centred care and improving outcomes.
- £60,000 per annum salary
