The opportunity
We are seeking a Resource Manager to join our team and undertake daily resource allocations as well as drive time capture optimisation. The ideal candidate will have experience in identifying and securing the right resources for our client projects as well as scrutinising the detail of time recording - streamlining processes, improving productivity, and maximising resource efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Support the Resource Director manage daily resource requests using Tempo
- Provide agency support as Tempo Administrator, ensuring proficiency in its setup and use and troubleshooting issues and raising support tickets with the supplier
- Actively manage weekly timesheet completion, driving to meet the minimum 96% monthly timesheet completion rate
- Planned/Contract hours management in GATE finance system. Oversee the status of hours input in the system by PMs for each job
- Work with Cheil's JIRA administration team and Project Managers to address any blockers and swiftly facilitate completion
- Produce regular management information and reports
- Work closely with Cheil's financial management team to manage and implement information capture in finance tools
- Identify areas for process improvement to eliminate inefficiencies
- Prioritise tasks and projects to ensure maximum efficiency and effective time management
- Efficiency and time reporting ambassador
Experience
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail
- Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and resolve operational bottlenecks
- Excellent time management abilities with a focus on prioritising tasks for maximum productivity
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools (Microsoft Office and Teams, JIRA, Confluence and Tempo)
Work Environment
This is a hybrid role with 3 days based in the office.
