We are looking for an experienced Commercial Finance Manager to join us here at Bark and play a crucial role in the next stage of Bark’s growth. As we continue to scale our commercial finance department becomes more important than ever.
Reporting to our Head of Commercial Finance you’ll be working with various stakeholders, including: General Managers, Sales, Marketing, Finance and Operations and use your analytical and stakeholder management skills to provide insights that enable data-driven decision making across the business.

In medium term lead implementation of a new forecasting tool.

Maintain and constantly improve trading dashboards to track financial and operational performance, perform trading analysis and provide insights.
Build financial models and analysis on various business cases and ad-hoc projects, and provide recommendations to the leadership team (LTV, segmentation ect).

Lead the project on a revised discounting policy.
Build partnerships with regional managers of ROW countries, support them with trading analysis and any ad hoc projects.
Significant relevant experience working in Commercial Finance or FP&A function. Experience in high-growth tech / consulting / private equity / banking.
~2:1 degree in STEM, Finance, or Economics.
~ Experience partnering with and influencing cross-functional stakeholders, including senior leadership.
~ Advanced financial modelling skills.
~ Excellent Excel/Google sheets, PowerPoint/Google slides skills.
~ Ability to present complex financial information in a clear and structured way.

Qualified ACCA/ACA/CIMA or/and MBA
Tableau and data querying skills (experience with SQL or/and Big query). Google Apps Script/Python
Experience in forecasting tool implementation
