Senior Support Worker: Kettering NN16 (Rockingham Road Area) – PERMANENT
£11.50 per hour - 37.5 hours on Days, inc alternative weekends.

WE ARE SORRY, BUT SPONSORSHIP OR CHANGE OF SPONSOR IS NOT AVAILABLE. AND THIS ROLE IS NOT SUITABLE FOR CANDIDATES LOOKING FOR 20HRS A WEEK.
A minimum of 12 months experience with Service Users with Learning and/or Physical Disabilities and ideally have an NVQ Level 2 or 3 Qualification in Health and Social Care.
You need to be able to work flexibly in caring for the 4 Service Users. This will include working shifts and sleep-ins with full-time hours being available.

Essential Requirements:
· 12 months minimum Experience of working with Service Users who have Learning Disabilities is essential.
· NVQ Level 2 or 3 Qualification in Health and Social Care.
· It’s important to understand that this role is not a Monday to Friday 9 – 5.
· You will be supported by the management team
