Provide day-to-day care and support for young people, guiding them through activities, education, and statutory meetings.
Team Leadership: Lead shifts and manage a care team, ensuring a therapeutic approach is maintained.
Safeguarding: Ensure the welfare and safety of young people, maintaining high standards of care.
Operational Excellence: Assist in operating within legal parameters as described in the company’s policies and procedures.
Support the business, clinical, and social development of the service.
NVQ Level 3: Caring for Children and Young People or equivalent relevant residential experience.
Proficient in written and spoken English for record-keeping and report writing.
Experience: Working with young people aged 12 to 17 with challenging behaviours, shift leading, and supervising care staff.
Understanding of the problems faced by children and young people, and the effects of abuse and depression.
Driver’s License: Impact Lives: Make a meaningful difference in the lives of young people.
