  • Provide a core curriculum consisting of social, ethical and religious topics to help develop life skills, as approved by the Wing/Installation Chaplain.
  • Appropriate advertising of weekly, monthly and special events.
  • Create and maintain a database of parents/participants.
  • Provide one (1) weekend winter camp/retreat for middle school students and one (1) weekend winter camp/retreat for high school students. Additionally, the coordinate shall provide one (1) multi-day summer event (e.g. summer camp, mission trip, etc) for middle school students and one (1) multi-day summer event (e.g. summer camp, mission trip, etc) for high school students.

Qualifications:

  • Must have a minimum of three years of experience working directly with youth in established youth organizations, with a preference in church-based ministry. A degree, certification, or training in theological studies is preferred, but not required.
  • Must adhere to the basic core tenants of the Christian faith and be able to support and foster Protestant and Catholic faith traditions. .
  • Be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English in order to perform all responsibilities #J-18808-Ljbffr
