We currently manage 400,000 sqft of hospitality-focused co-working, event, and exclusive Clubspaces for over 5000 members. As Head of Membership Sales, you will be instrumental in creating and driving the membership sales strategy for our newest Clubspace offering, which opens in Clapham’s iconic Arding & Hobbs building mid-next year. The role will then grow into wider Membership and co-working sales across the x+why Group.
Highly commercial, you can apply your successful B2C track record within the private members club industry to clearly identify and engage with prospective members, ensuring they experience a thoughtful and bespoke membership journey.
Your approach is intuitive and collaborative – we are looking for an ambassador who will proudly represent our brand and values, and central to this is your communication style.
Previous experience in a similar role ensures you can provide the business with clarity and focus regarding membership sales processes and initiatives, from networking, lead generation, and social media content to CRM oversight.
You are a lateral thinker and can clearly demonstrate how you would harness your creative side when exploring potential membership acquisition opportunities.
